Description

The northeastern Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh is known for its pristine beauty and lush green forests. The state is also known as the Land of the Rising Sun! So, you have a lot of other activities to do, like river rafting, paragliding, etc. Arunachal has 26 tribes and more than 100 sub-tribes.
Arunachal Pradesh falls under a restricted area; official permission is required to enter the state. Like other states of northeast India, Mr Braham Sarup, National President of the social wing of NIFAA, played an essential role in connecting NIFAA with Arunachal Pradesh. Mr Sanga Tagic was the first contact of NIFAA in Arunachal Pradesh, who promoted the NIFAA vision in the state, started the NIFAA branch, and was appointed state president. He and his young team warmly welcomed members of One India Ride, organized by NIFAA in 2017. A cultural program and tree plantation were held at the College of Itanagar. After NIFAA visited this beautiful state, an artistic team led by Mr. Tagic travelled to Karnal to participate in Harmony 2017. They performed traditional folk dances in Arunachal Pradesh on the Harmony stage and spread the message of national integration byparticipating in the National Integration R ally. NIFAA Arunachal Pradesh team planted trees and gave the message of environmental protection. When the NIFAA Tripura team organized the “Northeast Sadbhawna Yatra,”  a welcome program was scheduled in Arunachal Pradesh. The team gave all the participants a message of peace, Harmony, and brotherhood. During the Samvedna campaign, a blood donation camp was also organized in the state to help reduce blood shortages.
