Varied wildlife, rich history, vivid culture, and majestic architecture make Andhra Pradesh a destination of endless surprises. This state is famous for many items like Exotic perfumes, Kalamkari works, bidding works, jewels, pearls, diamonds, clothes, Kondapalli wood dolls, etc. Hyderabad is known for pearls, performances, and saree embroidery like Mangalagiri. It is also a major producer of rice known as the "rice bowl of India.

Under the One India Ride campaign, NIFAA volunteers visited Andhra Pradesh for the first time in 2017. The Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and the youth clubs of Andhra Pradesh extended a warm reception to the delegation. Under Mrs. Komal Jogpal, the then-commissioned youth affairs department of youth affairs organized an interaction between NIFAA volunteers and young social workers of Andhra Pradesh in Vijayawada, the state’s new capital. NIFAA planted trees at the district office or department to mark “One India Ride,” organized with a message of national integration, peace, and Harmony. The impact of this visit was quite visible during Harmony 2017, an International Cultural Festival organized by NIFAA in Karnal, as Andhra Pradesh sent the most significant contingent of more than 300 young social workers and artists to participate. They not only presented folk and classical dances of Andhra Pradesh on the stage of Harmony but also took an active part in debates on national issues. Mr. Ram Babu, president of the United NGOs Association Vijayawada (AP), and Mr. Naveen Babu played a crucial role in coordinating NIFAA and youth organizations of Andhra Pradesh. On the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Sh Ram Babu, and his team, they warmly received Guru Nanak Sadbhawna Yatra members at Rajmundhry. They organized a program at Gurudwara premises in Rajmundhry and Gurudwara Guru Nanak Saheb, Vijaywada. Tree plantation was also done to mark this historical moment. Later, NIFAA opened a branch in the state, and Mr Naveen Babu was appointed as the first state president of NIFAA. During the nationwide Samvedna campaign, NIFAA shifted the responsibility of the state president to Mr Ram Babu. Under his command, NIFAA Andhra Pradesh, The United NGOs Association of Andhra Pradesh, and other NGOs worked collectively and organized 57 blood donation camps in the state.
