It is integral for any country to have gender equality for holistic development. The executive of NIFAA understands the seriousness of the situation and has launched numerous initiatives at the rural, district, state, and national levels. NIFAA’s dedicated volunteers prepared and showcased numerous street plays to spread awareness about gender equality throughout the country. Moreover, NIFAA organized several ‘Chetna Yatras’ to promote the motto of gender equality. NIFAA formed a remarkable women’s wing to boost activities for women’s empowerment.
Under the banner of NIFAA, its volunteers have organized several state and national-level conferences for women’s empowerment.
NIFAA has also started sewing centres to make women self-dependent, where women from low-income families in the village and town are taught free sewing embroidery.
