Art has no boundaries. The Festival will foster friendly relations and understanding between Indian Artists and the International Artists community.
Since its reinstatement in 2011, the Festival has proved to be arguably the most popular Festival is Karnal attracting up to 1,00,000 visitors each year.
This public affair is non-profit and participating groups are not getting any remuneration. Accommodations including hotels, meals and local transportation expenses will be provided by NIFAA while the International travelling expenses will be taken care of by the participating group. Visits to Kurukshetra (Land of Bhagwad Geeta) and Chandigarh (The City Beautiful) are arranged by NIFAA. We wish prominent International art ensembles will have the possibility to perform in Harmony 2017 and enjoy the diverse cultures of India.
